Secom was founded in 1997 as an international freight forwarder with strong connections in Russia and in the countries of East Europe. Today we operate all over the world thanks to our network of correspondents. We operate in the field of international shipments, therefore we have requested and obtained AEO certification (Authorized Economic Operator), issued by the Customs Agency to operators considered suitable to ensure strict custom’s compliance and product safety regulations.

Our Mission
Our mission is to provide traditional logistics services, logistics services specifically designed for e-commerce, transportation of goods by road, air and sea to any destination, in the regime of groupage or fully-loaded in the complete satisfaction of our Italian and foreign customers.

Road transport
We manage to meet the needs of our customers’ thanks to a wide range of services: National and International Groupage Service, Partial loads, Door to Door, Temperature control solutions, Online shipment tracking
Airfreight
In case of fast forwarding, we offer express air service with departures from the main Italian airports; thanks to a consolidated experience in the sector and to agreements with the international partners, we can guarantee complete assistance and reliability.
Seafreight
If our customers need more “economic” forwarding, we are able to provide worldwide maritime transport, through groupage, container box, high cube, open top, flat rack, and reefer. Being an AEO certified forwarding company, we are able to speed up the process of customs clearance, guaranteeing the transit time of the goods.
Dedicated transport
For our shipments we have a large fleet of machines that allows us to manage at best urgent national and international forwarding, guaranteeing withdrawals and deliveries even in a day.
Express service
Thanks to the capillary presence on the whole national and European territory, we manage to pick up in 24/48 hour palletized and not-palletized goods. We are qualified for the transport of dangerous goods, deliveries in GDO, triangulations succeeding in guaranteeing the high-quality standard with a competitive quality/price ratio.

Customs Services
Bonded warehouse
Our deposit is authorized by the customs authority and under its direct control. It is designed to store non-Community goods, without being subject to import duties, VAT or any other quantitative restrictions or restrictions established for their release for free circulation.
Management of excise taxes
According to European law, companies that sell wine and alcohol products between different EU countries must issue a document called DAA, which must be checked in the country of destination. The problem changes when the sale of the above products occurs between parties who do not have their own excise code, or when the company can not issue e-AD or MVV. We offer tax warehouse management services for third parties present in different European countries. Among the services offered are: computerized issuance/processing of DAA, DAS documents, tax reports and assistance to competent administrative authorities: excise management.
Customs documentation archive
We were among the first to create an online archive of customs declarations, simple and practical to use and consult. Each client is given a password to access the archive and print the required document. Thus, the time required for the return of customs documents to exporting companies is reduced, and unnecessary postal and paper waste.
VAT warehouse
We can offer a VAT warehouse. The payment of this tax is postponed when the goods leave the warehouse. Through this service, the company gets the great advantage of not having to pay VAT immediately. This reduces the recourse to the credit market and the related financial charges.
